I like this hotel, I would stay there again. It is typical of a city location, no on-site parking, but the parking garage is 2 blocks away. The room was clean and comfortable, but somewhat minimal in its amenities, which was fine for me because I didn't spend much time in the room (and you get what you pay for, it was relatively inexpensive). It is adjacent to Toronto's Chinatown, and adjacent to Toronto's wonderful system of streetcars, buses and subways, making getting from here to there incredibly simple, and I left my car in the parking garage. Strong Wifi. Bar in the lobby. This is an old brick building, refurbished to hotel space, the rooms show exposed brick and wood beams (which I find charming), and the bathroom seems brand new and modern.

Stayed here during a work trip to the city and felt like it was really great value for money. It has no bells and whistles but it offers the most important things: A comfortable bed, a clean room, great location, friendly staff. The converted warehouse has a very cool vibe to it and the room I was in was a great size. It's also a smaller hotel so I greatly enjoyed the peace and quiet - not thousands of guests rushing between facilities. It's becoming my new regular hotel for my mid-week work visits to Toronto.

When I called in a panic about my reservation the staff that I spoke to were very helpful and explained everything I needed to know. They upgraded my room, everyone was very welcoming, friendly, and chatty, and they stored our luggage as long as we needed in a secure spot. The patio is a nice little spot to sit and we liked the proximity to a major transit line to get where we needed. The room overall was everything we needed. The bed and bedding were very comfortable.

The bedroom which was confortable, as well as the spacious bathroom. Clean and neat. Also there was a minibar! The staff was welcoming, and truly helpful towards their guests in terms of tips, advices, and service. I also had the opportunity to taste their meat, good quality and fresh ingredients. Cocktails: original and delicious (even egg whites cocktails which aren’t that common!) Localization: practical, just nearby Ontario Museum

I loved the rooms with the soaker tub, big bed and huge windows looking down on Spadina. I got a corner room so the views were panoramic. There was a costume party going on below but I didn’t hear anything. Also amazing location.
